foods for dry skin

Whether it's wind, cold or sun, dry skin is a problem that many women struggle. Is it true that oily skin can give you more headaches, but compared with the dry slin, it ages more slowly, so dry skin needs special care.
In addition to using a cream suitable for dry skin and reduce the time of exposure to sun or cold (depending on season), dry skin can be improved by eating the following foods:

1. Foods that contain omega-3. Of this type is salmon, tuna, nuts, avocados and flax seeds.

2. Foods high in zinc: crab, oysters, beef, beans. Why? Because zinc is known for his strength of healing wounds.

3. Sulfur-rich foods: garlic, onion and eggs. Why? It helps skin to remain smooth.

1. Banana
Mix two tablespoon of honey + a banana + half a cup of yogurt. Apply mixture on face for 20 minutes (until it dries). Remove mask with warm water.

2. Honey, eggs and yogurt
You need: 1 tablespoon of honey (softens the skin), 1 egg yolk, one teaspoon of almond oil (moisturizes) and 1 tablespoon of yogurt (closes pores). Apply mask obtained to face, avoiding eye area. Remove mask with warm water after 10 minutes.

3. Avocados
You need a half avocado and quarter cup of honey. Preparation: Remove the flesh of avocados into a bowl and add honey, mix and add to face that composition. Then clean with water.

4. Cucumber
Pass thru grater two cucumber and add two tablespoons of olive oil. Leave the mask to act for 20 minutes and then removes it with warm water.

5. Vitamins
You need: honey + some olive oil drops + 1 capsule of vitamin A  + 1 capsule of vitamin E. Apply mask on face and let it act for 10-15 minutes. Then clean with warm water.
