1. Avocados

How To? Smash an avocado pulp with a fork, add extra-virgin olive oil mixture and apply on face.
This nourishing mask will give to your skin a full range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and softening agents to combat the harsh winter.

2. Milk

Dairy can give you everything you need to have a smooth and velvety skin.
Apply on skin natural yoghurt, skim milk, cream or kefir, avoiding eye area. Make sure the products are natural or as close to this standard (if you buy at the supermarket make sure they were taken from the district cross products).
Relax 10-15 minutes, then clean with warm water.

3. Egg whites

This mask is perfect for oily skin with dilated pores.
Beat an egg white and then apply on face its composition. Stay like a half hour and then clean with water.
