Protect your skin from the sun

It seems that is going to be a long period where we will enjoy the sun and summer heat and we can only enjoy for such news.
But that does not mean we forget how tricky are the rays of the sun. The best thing would be to follow some basic tips to maintain your healthy skin and to protect yourself from problems.
1. Choose the right lotion
Creams and lotions for face and body are a perfect choice for daily use. Gels do not contain oil and does not cover the pores, thus are suitable for face and neckline.
Sprays can be used to cover areas that do not get easily done by hand, ie back and shoulders. While solid formulations are indicated when doing sports on the beach.
2. 24 hours protection
Because sunburns are cumulative, each time you are exposed to sunlight matter. Type A ultraviolet penetrates clothing and glass, so it would be nice to be protected even when wearing ordinary clothes.
