A beautiful skin in 8 steps       

With all the pollution from the big cities, it is harder to have a beautiful skin, clean and healthy. That is why we thought that some advice would be welcome at this time. With little effort and with some minor changes to your daily routine care, miracles can happen.
1. Pillowcase
Change or wash the pillow case almost every week. Dirty pillowcase retains a lot of bacteria that can cause the appearance of pimples.

2. Ventilated
Try to spend as much time outdoors and avoid enclosed rooms with no air to breathe. Spend as little time in restaurants, fast foods and even in subway stations ... although this is not all up to you.

3. Sweat
Get involved in as many activities that can make you sweat. Run, dance, go to aerobics or choose an activity that you know for sure that will help you to sweat.
When the body begins to sweat, pores are cracked and your skin will not be affected by black pimples (partly blocked pores) and white pimples.

4. Sweaty clothes
Whether you ran after the bus or at the gym it's absolutely necessary to change your clothes as soon as possible, take a shower or, if this is not possible,  clean your body with a clean towel.

5. Cleaning routine
Get used to clean your skin twice daily, morning and evening. Choose a special solution for cleaning the face, use a cleansing (if needed), a toner and a moisturizer (day or night).
Avoid creams with thick texture. This can do to you more harm than good, blocking the pores. Always choose a face cream with light texture




6. Exfoliation
To reduce black spots is indicated an exfoliation for the skin - once a week if you have normal skin or 2-3 per week if oily skin.

7. Let your skin breathe
It is not the first nor the last time I remember about it, but I see constantly around me. No matter how tired you are or how late it is, please cleansing every night, no exceptions!
Pimples, blackheads and white ones do not take account of fatigue!

8. Steam
If your pores "are very often do what they want", that means you need a steam treatment. Boil a liter of water and pour it into a large container. Cover your head and face with a towel and sit in front just above the steam that come out of the container with boiled water.
The process should last at least 15 minutes during which time you can move your face so the steam will reach all the surface.
